Booking & Service Policies
Confirmed exclusively via WhatsApp, Instagram, or direct consultation. Requires client details, treatment selection, preferred time & location. Confirmed only after explicit approval.
Non-refundable deposit may be required for premium services, group bookings, travel appointments, or extended sessions. Failure to complete deposit within requested timeframe results in automatic cancellation.
Minimum 24 hours notice required. Same-day cancellations may result in partial booking restrictions. Repeated cancellations will require full prepayment prior to scheduling next session.
A 10–15 minute grace period is accommodated. Excessive lateness may result in a shortened treatment time, rescheduling, or complete cancellation. Full session charges will still apply.
Clients must provide a clean, safe, and comfortable working space with proper ventilation, lighting, and adequate seating. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location complexity.
Clients are required to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or current medications prior to treatment. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service if safety is compromised.
All treatment tools are thoroughly sanitised, disinfected, and professionally maintained according to medical-grade hygiene standards. Single-use items are disposed of immediately after service.
To preserve the tranquil atmosphere and focus of your aesthetician, unnecessary additional guests are discouraged. Accompanying children must be fully supervised at all times.
We gladly accept cash, mobile money transfers, bank transfers, or other pre-approved methods. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are confirmed.
Individual aesthetic outcomes will naturally vary based on pre-existing skin condition, metabolic body response, strict aftercare compliance, and lifestyle factors. Specific timelines or guarantees cannot be given.
The client takes full responsibility for following the provided aftercare pamphlets, product usage instructions, and recommended treatment timelines to prevent adverse effects and preserve optimal results.
Mutual professionalism, absolute discretion, and respectful interactions are strictly required at all times. Inappropriate or harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and blacklisting.
All personal client information, allergy documentation, and medical consultation histories remain fully confidential and private. They are never sold or shared without explicit written consent.
Treatment photos or video recordings for digital portfolios, safety records, or social media pages are taken exclusively with prior client consent. Clients can withdraw consent at any time.
